Does anyone know where to get this combo in Manila? I'm nearing my weight loss goals from tirzepatide and want to wean to a maintenance dose but I have a little stubborn belly fat and when I wean the Tirze, I want to build muscle back up not fat. Apparently this combo is the "athlete's finish".
