Made this recipe from NY Times cooking tonight, it was delicious. I made a half recipe in my 2.25 qt Caribbean braiser, so Petal People- this could work for you. I didn't use the broiler- just baked on convection in my Breville for 10 minutes or so. Mine seems more saucy than the beauty photo with the recipe.
