This morning, my father became angry with me because he wants to speak with my therapist. During the argument, he took a watering hose and sprayed both me and my iPhone with water. My nightgown and shorts were drenched in the front.

I’m upset and unsure how to handle this situation. I don’t feel like it was okay for him to react this way, especially involving my phone and spraying me with water. I could use support or advice on what steps I should take next.
