Has anyone else noticed a man around Bari city center/beach area who constantly approaches women?
While I was visiting Bari, I saw a man who seemed to spend hours approaching random women one after another. He tried talking to me almost immediately after leaving another woman. At first he seemed friendly and well-groomed, but after watching him for a while, the behavior felt excessive and uncomfortable.
I’m not accusing him of any crime, but it came across more like persistent stalking or targeting women than normal social interaction. He was walking around alone and repeatedly approaching different women throughout the area.
I’m curious if anyone else has seen the same person or had a similar experience. Did he approach you as well?
Just wanted to make others aware and hear if this is something people in Bari have noticed before.
