Non htta mtech at IIT madras
Non htta means u will not getting stipend for mtech . My questions is
- is the admission fees of non htta same as htta or the fees is higher than htta like self sponsered fees.
2.Can we convert from non htta to htta (internal upgradation) at iitm . If yes then what are the criteria for it.
