I’ve sent multiple emails and applications through company websites and jobsites pero wala talagang call back. I’m even applying for BPO na rin pero it seems like andaming problem sa hiring process ng mga companies ngayon. Kahit na pumasa ka sa interview and assessments, di na nagrireach out yung HR/TA/CEC eh 😭😭
Ano pa po bang ibang opportunities na meron para sa new board passers?
On the top of my head, ang careers na aligned na naiisip ko ay:
1. Phlebotomist- very limiting when it comes to growth sa career
2. Junior/Staff Medical Technologist- nice experience sana pero parang di makakabuhay yung sweldo not unless tertiary public hospital :))
3. Nuclear Medical Technologist/Phlebotomist- same reason as the first
4. Healthcare account BPO- magiging bunot sa family reunion kasi bakit di ka sa hospital nagwowork? salary and benefits are great tho
5. Product Specialist- i think dito machachallenge yung pagiging ambivert ko, idk anything about it too
Also, anong path po ang magandang tahakin if I have plans of going abroad?
Hi! First time ko maka-encounter ng employer na nagrerequire magsubmit ng PRC ID and registration for initial interview. The HR sent an email na may google forms link confirming my attendance for the on site interview and nakalagay doon na required magsubmit ng PRC ID and LERIS verification. Yun po ba ang protocol these days? Is this something I should worry about or hindi naman po?
I am newly registered and I have no clue sa hiring process. Also, I’ve applied mostly through Indeed and out of 15 jobs I’ve submitted applications to, dalawa pa lang ang nagrereply and flop pa yung isa. Ang hirap makahanap ng work, specifically one with a good salary T.T
