Di ko inexpect na mababa pala sahod dito kahit pa almost 1y na experience ko. Just emailed them for negotiation pa ng basic but kinakabahan ako kasi this day ang last day sa pagpasa ng jo 🥲

Nagiincrease ba ang sweldo dito every year? May ibang bonuses pa ba bukod sa 13th? Kasama ba dependents sa benefits ng hmo?

Para kasing nakulangan ako sa offer and nanghinayang ako na baka walang growth dito financially. Tho may allowances na madadagdag pag regular na, yun na lang ba yung itataas talaga?

I graduated almost a year ago, now working as an office worker for a healthcare company in BGC. So far parang wala akong interest mag boards kasi ayoko na mag medtech.

I realized that during internship. Bukod sa overworked and underpaid, it's draining. But I'm worried pagsisihan ko in the future na hindi ako nagtake ng boards. I also don't know if it's worth it to sacrifice my time and work para sa ID na hindi ko naman balak ipractice.

To those who never did, kamusta kayo? How's your career? Any regrets or realizations?

Unfair you studied for 4 years only to find yourself locked with a salary that cannot sustain you within 3 years time due to inflation. Talk about trying to apply for other facilities for a more competitive salary only to find out that the job pool is currently saturated.

Honestly kahit sabihin na you are doing this for the patients, it eventually becomes not fulfilling. For example an understaffed clinic pagmamadaliin ka kahit alam namang manual lang gamit nila kasi ayaw ipaayos yung machine dahil mahal. If private hospital naman tambak ka sa specimen dahil more than 2 posts hawak mo kasi naka freeze hiring. Tapos sisigawan ka pa ng pasyente and they would push na sila yung tama dahil we are working at a service industry.

What is even PAMET doing at this point, I am deeply regretting my role and occupation with the circumstances happening. Parang ‘di tayo pinaglalaban. No wonder most people decide to look for alternative jobs, pursue med, or even look jobs abroad. Others can say to just simply go to those different paths, but not everyone has the financial capacity to go to those different paths.

I’m trying to look for jobs also that is related to research or sa academe or at least public health but to no avail. Meron po bang JO related to that aspect that I am not aware? I really feel like I am not growing in this profession na po kasi. Medical Technology is a good educational path, but with all of these happening in our field here in the Philippines, I do regret being in an allied health profession.

I'm currently unemployed and my parents are encouraging me to take the ascp exams but enrolling to review centers are quite pricey for me and I can only afford to pay for my exam. I need advice and can I also ask for reviewers here? I'm willing to pay if it's not too pricey. Thank you!!!!

I had a hugee problem ng buong june. ibang level, hindi ako makakeep up and i can’t process my emotions. now pa lang ako ulit bumabalik sa momentum. i haven’t actually re read some of my mother notes and wasn’t able to attend some of my assessments. can u give some tips or motivation😭😭😭

From June til now nanonood ako ng lec vids pero wala pa matinong aral na aral talagaa so ask ko kaya ba ito??

"I want to be stable ASAP" yan yung laging nasa isip ko. I have senior parents na and gusto ko iparanas sa kanila yung komportableng buhay. Seeing na nalolow-ball talaga pasahod and working conditions sa Pinas, I'm more worried na di magiging komportable or even uunlad pamilya namin.

I'm a fresh passer and until now job searching parin. Sa isip ko, if ma-hire ako and work for 3+ years with low salary, might as well spend my money on becoming an OFW. IDK, pero working as a caregiver/factory worker with the same level of work toxicity but higher pay entices me more than sticking with the RMT title. Salary and stability over pride of being an RMT.

IDK IDK IDK.

What do you guys think? Should I wait? I really need guidance. Do you know anyone on the same path? Baka may reality about OFW application akong hindi alam. Thank you.

P.S. I plan to enroll in a big training school for their Nihongo for Caregiving scholarship, I heard they have partner agencies bound for Japan, you just have to study for another 6 months, so that's why I'm so eager about this too.

Help po! Paano niyo inaral ang Histopath at MTLaws kasi sobrang nap overwhelmed ako😭. Nakailang basa na ako ng MN pero nakakalimutan ko sila.
