Guys, okay lang ba mag-volunteer muna as an RMT sa Red Cross (with allowance) habang naghihintay ng opportunity sa hospital?

Hi, guys! I applied to Medi Linx around July through email, and they contacted me this Monday to ask if I was available for an interview. I had my initial interview on Tuesday and my final interview on Wednesday. Since then, I haven’t received any updates about the result. Do I still have a chance? Is it normal for them not to inform applicants right away whether they passed the final interview? Thank you huhu. I really need a job. 🥹
