Hi friends - I rarely use my PP benefits, but I saw a Chiroport at MSP and PP’s website claimed a free 20m massage there, so I figured I’d go for it.

When I checked in at Chiroport, they scanned my priority pass QR code, then asked, “is your priority pass through Amex or capital one?” to which I replied, “yes, Amex.” Apparently they “do not offer the free massage to Amex PP members,” but could offer me a 20% discount from their 15m (not 20m) massage.

I’ve been catfished by the PP website claims vs reality before, but this is the first time I’ve been told there are lesser benefits to the Amex-given PO specifically. Why would having PP via AMEX differ than having it through some other channel?
