Anyone know of an NBA draft class to import in franchise? LeBron at TE, Ja Morant at RB, etc?

As title reads, I need advice. His passport is pretty water damaged. His photo page and lettering is still all clearly legible. We are traveling in 3.5 weeks and will need it.

What are our options? Is there anywhere he can go to validate/verify it scans and ensures it will be accepted in its current state? As for replacement, I think we know our options but any help is appreciated.
