Bubbles, Foam in urine
I need clarification; they say bubbles and foam are indication that there's potential issue with kidneys! When I pee into the toilet 🚽 there are bubbles , foam , maybe up to 1/4 if I have a full bladder, but the bubbles, foam disappear quickly after I finish, in seconds. Is that still an indicator or normal? The photos I see online look like the bubbles, foam don't disappear until you flush!
Blood eGFR results today 58
Received my kidney blood test results today, eGFR 58. The previous test a couple of months ago was the same result, 58.
I was taking creatine daily but stopped this with my first test as there seems to be plenty of supporting evidence not to take creatine with impaired KF.
There is a stack of otc 💊 claiming to cleanse, support, and improve kidney function and would probably go broke if I tried every supplement.
Are there any proven lifestyle changes / otc supplements that ppl have improved their kidney function eGFR results?
Thanks 😊
