so i just got a new iphone and it was working fine at first but now every time i try to download apps, it says i have to update my apple account, and when I type in my password, it just says "verification failed, an unknown error occurred" and i can't download any apps at all

already tried different wifi, mobile data, restarting, reset all settings, airplane mode on/off… nothing works

anyone know how to fix this??
