Mammotion delaying return request
I gave up with my Spino E1. Having sent in the logs their engineers were apparently looking into it.
I asked for a return under their 30 day return policy on May 8th and they STILL (As of today, the 21st May) haven’t given me a return label to send the unit back.
I am getting quite cross with it now and beginning to look into legal avenues if they keep trying to obstruct my return.
Anyone else had a massive issue returning a unit?
