When i started my game today the sky was full of these red lights but only inside of clouds. They got blurry and brighter when moving the camera and they disappeared after roughly a minute. Has anyone had this happen before or know what caused this?

Thanks to u/LurchTheBastard i could resolve this problem by downgrading my AMD drivers to the version 26.3.1
