I got an offer from the data analytics team at Metrolinx for Capital Projects. My main concern about the offer is if there are any red flags/toxicity in the team/working for office people in Capital Projects. I've tried Glassdoor and Blind and all the other usual places to see if there are any bad reviews but I'm not seeing anything that's specific to Capital Projects or data analytics. I tried asking my interview too but wasn't hearing too much.
