a family member of mine bought a moped about a year back and they sold it to me for 230 and it has issue but got it to run after tinkering. they gave me the title but they didn't put their name on it. I looked up the vin on the NCIB.gov and it looks clean. I'm in Indiana what should I do. I was told by him that it's all good and this is theo only vehicle I've bought.
