Empty chapters

Okay question before I do this. I have a story I want to transfer onto RedQuill as I want to add some NSFW scenes but can’t for the life of me get right when I try. Does it cost quills to write an empty chapter?

The fuck is going on I wasted like all my daily quills trying to figure what was happening! Like I didn’t even get a paragraph in and it pulled this shit! Can someone explain what’s going on?
