Ajazz AK820 Pro stuck at uploading image
Hi, I tried uploading a gif to my AK820 Pro today.
Everything worked fine at first, the display showed a progress but it got stuck at 99% for a while. The keyboard then turned off and after that the gif was there but it's glitching.
Since then, every time I tried to upload anything, nothing happens, the Driver/Software is stuck at 1% and the keyboard never does anything.
I tried software versions 1.0.0 and 1.0.2 (those are publicly available), nothing changes. I left it for an hour and still nothing. I tried "factory reset" and nothing happens. The glitching gif is still there and I can't do anything.
Any ideas on how to fix it?
