I bought some ddr5 but as the title says it has different tRCD tRP tRAS, but the frequency and the cl are similar, should i return them (which i would hate since I'm going to have to pay the delivery again) or should i just stick with those and its not that big of a problem ??

one stick is 6000mhz cl 36-36-36-76 (CMK5X16G1B60C36A2-CN) 1.35V ver 4.43.02, the other is 6000mhz 36-44-44-96 (CMK32GX5M2E6000Z36) 1.35V ver 3.43.04 so on top of timings also different versions
