Kashimo is not that guy
kashi stans saw him beat up a grade 2 and land on an extremely unserious hakari and think hes top 10 in base.
hakari didnt take the fight seriously until kashi targeted his head. if you take his thought narration literally, he didnt even think the fight was very dangerous before that.
he then proceeded to piece up kashi for a few panels until the electric charge hits him. hes at least relative to kashi in h2h and speed when amped, possibly better considering kashi said hakari was getting faster. id safely assume the HRs are above him in h2h and speed, as well as the zenin speedsters. i hear people say he could blitz yuki. based on what? seriously what are his base speed feats??
the charge attacks: require a) hitting the opponent or b) leaving his staff as a rod and having the opponent between them. very high ap but avoidable.
its basically just a tricky ct. its high damage and obviously fast but requires accumulation. id imagine it doesnt do well against an opponent that outspeeds/out h2h him. finally, the charge attacks were both surprising. if you know how it works, its much much more avoidable. for example, his matchup is not good against opponents that can maintain range.
i promise dont hate him but in base hes just a high grade 1.
