Please everyone be as excited as I am for these legends.

Hey all. I have a pre-approval and have an accepted offer on a home. I got a 7 day finance clause in the contract with 45 day settlement. The bank is taking long to approve unconditionally but we are well before settlement.
If I’ve paid the deposit is it allowed to go ahead with the contract even if unconditional finance hasn’t been secured in 7 days (B/g approval is pretty much guaranteed, no loss of income or decrease in finances and the value of the house is not an issue).
Like if it takes ten days and everything else is fine and we are still a month away from settlement.
Just looking for reassurance and I am a nervous FHB who loves the property they found.
