Why does it feel like I have better aim when crouching?
I don’t know why but when I play Valorant I tend to have worse aim when I don’t crouch vs when I do crouch and shoot and is this just some weird stim I have or something?

So I am learning how to deadzone to get better at the game but I can't really tell whether I am doing it right and also if it is just overaiming so hopefully I can get some insight so I could understand it a bit better for practice. Also they might be the same but I don't think they are. (apologies for the bad aim)
So, I've been having this problem for a month now where as an Iron player myself keep getting these lobbies where I can do well but still get recked by a 25-5 player who says they aren't smurfing but I am pretty sure they are which has happened so often that I am considering just not playing anymore as it ruins my motive to play and prevents me from trying to get better at the game.
Kind of just want to finish every assignment so I don't have to deal with that class other than exams and tests but would that look suspicious?
So I tried out this routine for a week or so already and it seems to be working but it also feels kind of outdated so if anyone has a better routine option please let me know.

To give a brief summary:
I was playing deathmatch and keep getting destroyed every match I play so I recorded and edited a match to kind of give a deep brief on my gameplay and need some tips for improvement like any videos, guides, methods, or training practices I can do to get my aim and movement improved. (also my current rank is the lowest bronze rank)
