I know versions of this question get asked a lot on here, so hear me out... my aunt and I love train travel, but we have already taken (more than once) the Coast Starlight, California Zephyr, Empire Builder, Southwest Chief, Cascades, Pacific Surfliner, Lake Shore Limited, and Pennsylvanian.

We definitely want to take the Adirondack at some point but we're just in Montreal. And have planned for the VIA Rail Canadian a few years from now.

What do you think should be our next scenic train route now that we have done the ones that get talked about the most? Willing to fly anywhere or visit any new cities to pick up the train!
