I am stuck between a classic nicer LIC building vs larger Williamsburg unit. However the LIC building is literally above the 7 and G while the Williamsburg unit is a 10 minute walk.

I don’t have any friends yet so not much preference there. I’m in my late 20s making friends and the gym are my priorities. I wfh most days, but I’m kinda cheap about going to a coffee shop. Amenity wise LIC has in unit washer, a roof top, and gym. The Williamsburg unit has none but it’s larger for the same price

Any thoughts?? What would u do
