Car noise

Hey guys, I have a 2003 Ford f250 and out of nowhere on the left driver side wheel whenever there is bad road conditions or potholes it makes a really loud sound. You can hear it in the video a bit. Y’all have any idea what could cause that sound? Plz let me know

Tire pressure of road

Hey guys, looking for some advice. So I’m new to this off-roading so I’m coming to yall. I have a 2003 ford F250 with 32 in all terrain tires on OEM rims. It’s a pretty long trail and looks pretty easy trail but has a lot of semi big rocks and some big pot holes. Iv heard about unairing your tires but I have no idea to what a recommended PSI to go to. Plz help 🙏
