I’ve been waiting FOREVERRRR for Spencer, Amanda and Angela to play Resident Evil Requiem! Especially since Spencer did a video with them explaining the lore and characters to Amanda and Angela. And they said that they would play it but it’s already been 2 months since the game came out. I just wanted to get your guys opinion on this lol 😭

Hey! I don’t have much knowledge on weight loss stuff and how to lose weight quickly so I thought I’d come on here and ask.

I want to basically lose fat everywhere, like arms, legs, stomach, face, behind, all that. I’m a 20 year old female that’s always at home and I don’t have any equipment at home either to use, and I can’t go to a gym because I can’t drive yet and going to a gym makes me really anxious. But I need some advice on what I can do at home to better improve myself. Either it be workout help or diet help it’s help a lot! Thank you! ^^ <3
