Stop calling Rogers - email them instead and use AI

I recently won a weeks-long battle with Rogers where they were overbilling me, charged me activation fees that were supposed to be waived, and I ended up getting a couple hundred bucks for my troubles.

None of this is groundbreaking, but with the amount of comments I've seen from folks spending HOURS of their lives on hold calling Rogers, I figured it warranted a post.

I emailed the “Office of the President” and, right from the first remail from the Rogers agent (who wasn’t helpful, of course), I used ChatGPT to write my responses for me. I instructed it to act as a contract lawyer, review my bills, and compare them to the offer/promotion I originally signed up for.

It eventually suggested—on its own—that I reach out to the CCTS, gave me suggested wording for my complaint, and even told me which screenshots, PDFs, etc. to include. It really took all the stress out of it for me.

It did take a while and a ton of back and forth, but I never wrote a single email to Rogers—ChatGPT did all the legwork, eventually resolving every issue and even getting me a $200 credit in the process. (again, ChatGPT recommended I ask for this) I maybe had 20 minutes of my actual time invested from start to finish.

TL;DR: Stop calling. Stop getting emotionally invested. Email them, and let AI fight it out.
