How do I handle IBS?

So, about a year or so ago, I found out that I have IBS. My grandmother had it, and it was severe, so naturally, I got it the same as she had it.

I can't eat bread (NOTE : I am also allergic to gluten, not severely, I just break out...yay), any dairy, I can't drink any kind of sodas or coffee, I vomit easily, and have bloating/ discomfort after eating any meal. Whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I'm miserable just eating. Even healthy foods hurt me.

I don't know what to do or what diets/nutrition guides I should follow because they all contradict themselves. I tried eating healthy but I just wasn't satisfied and due to the price of groceries where I live it became a burden just eating.

I know this kind of a run-on of paragraphs, but I just need to know if there is anyone else who feels like this? And is there a way to eat without being absolutely miserable?
