I had a gingival packing cord placed during a filling today, a fast front tooth (#10) it wasn’t in there long but now about 5 hours post procedure the gum is red swollen and has a recessed appearance. How long will it take for the gum to no longer appear recessed? Healthy gums with no recession before or otherwise. Thanks!
