Soo i was attempting to shift a couple nights ago, and I fell asleep, right? I woke up in the middle of the night twitching and sweating. I didn't know if this was good or bad, so of course I tried to shift again. After that, my eyes opened and I felt hands on my body(kinda like massaging me) and I saw, like faint ghostly hands(?) My room was also locked, along with the windows. It didn't even look like my room, it only lasted for a split second before I was back in my room again. Any thoughts?
