What's the weirdest food from your country? For me is Casu Marzu from Italy, aka maggot cheese
My family is from Italy so I unfortunately saw this abomination a few times. I was never brave enough to eat it. It's basically cheese made from sheep milk and they purposely attract flies so maggots can eat it and it makes the cheese soft and full of maggots. Those things can even jump while people eat
