Craft consignment shop question

Just for perspective…I sell my knit and crochet items through consignment stores. Each store charges different rates and commission percentages. One shop is open Tuesday-Sunday 11-6. Another is open 7 days per week, hours vary, but most days are 11-7. A third is open Wednesday-Sunday, hours are 11-6. One of these shops decided to close for 2 weeks, with 1 day notice on their social media. No email or text notice to the vendors. It’s not the first time they have closed with very little notice. No mention of a rental fee refund to their vendors. Is this routine?

Newbie here

I’m looking for advice to keep from killing this until I learn enough to help it grow successfully. I purchased it at Home Depot. The entire plant was soft so I gave it some rain water from the bottom and let it soak it up. It does have a root growing out of the bottom of the plastic pot so I put the pot in a cup. It’s in a West facing window. Thank you for your advice!

Help please

The plant leaves always die further down on the stems. Some stems are collapsed near the dirt. I took cuttings and are rooting them in water. Is there any saving what’s left?

Sharing a Homemade Cold Brew coffee recipe

It’s finally summer here and I love a good cold brew coffee. Here’s my recipe for making it at home.

Add 5 tablespoons of ground coffee and 2 cups of cold or room temp water into a quart size jar. Top with the lid, shake and put in the refrigerator for about 24 hours. Set up a mesh strainer lined with the old style basket coffee filters over a bowl and strain, discarding or composting the grounds. Store cold brewed coffee in a clean glass jar. The coffee is strong, perfect for ice and your favorite creamer. It lasts about a week refrigerated, but usually doesn’t hang around that long. You can change up flavored ground coffees too. I just picked up a bag of pistachio vanilla ground coffee to try. It costs me about $7 to make several servings of cold brew coffee, much cheaper than the local coffee shop. I would be interested to hear how you make cold brew coffee?

What type of iPad is better in this situation?

We ride UTV’s and are looking into purchasing an iPad to use for mapping. Do we need to purchase a cell plan for GPS tracking on maps? I do have a hotspot on my iPhone, but there are times when there is no service in areas that we ride. It’s a bit confusing. Your help is appreciated!

Aloe in a solo cup. Transplant?

This is my Aloe. It was a gift from a friend. It’s been growing in this red solo cup since last fall. It sure looks like it needs a bigger pot but I am not sure when the best time to transplant is? And what size pot should it go into?
