Honest answers please!

We’re getting married in August in beautiful Country House venue. For our drinks reception we will be serving Prosecco (2.5 glasses per person), elderflower cordial (for the non drinkers) and choice of his and hers cocktails alongside canapés, plus there will be a water station. To follow, dinner includes Prosecco for the toasts and 3/4 of a bottle of wine per person.
This is all covered by us.

Our catering company offer tray service during the day, with staff bringing drinks around, instead of a bar service - which will begin after the meal for the party. Because of this setup, beer wouldn’t be available until later in the evening.

My question is, would it bother you not having a beer option earlier in the day, especially if it’s (hopefully!) a warm summer’s day?

I was considering providing an ice bucket of beers for the drinks reception for guests who might prefer it. But then we wondered if it might be frustrating to only have beer at that point and not with the meal? Or since it’s a limited supply, some guests might miss out while others take more than their share.

I’m definitely overthinking this, but I’d appreciate your thoughts.

Thanks in advance!

EDIT: Just a clarify, the drinks mentioned above are included in the venue package, and can’t be reduced/substituted. If we wanted to add beers it would come at an extra cost to us
