Should I use a TP4056 or a LiPo battery charger to charge a 3.7V 600mAh LiPo Battery WITH a solar panel

I want to light up 5 LEDs all in parallel with a 3.7V 600mAh LiPo Battery and a solar panel, but I also want to have the option to charge it with a LiPo battery charger, so it doesn't rely on the solar panel. I'm going back and forth, deciding which one to use. Space is an issue, so I'm going for the smaller 600mAh battery. I want the option for dual charging when needed, whilst also having the passive option from the solar panel.
