Starting to lose hope finding a BA role in the States

Hello, I’m relocating to the US from Italy and I’m struggling to secure an interview as a Business Analyst. So far I have sent hundreds of applications, but I have heard back only from a handful of companies, which later ghosted me.

I’ve been working for a major financial institution in Italy for two years as a Technical Business Analyst, and before that, I was a software developer for a global consulting firm. While my experience is considered niche because of my work with specific European online payment systems, I believe my skills are highly transferable so I am having a very hard time understanding the reasons behind this struggle and of course, this is affecting my self esteem (which is already pretty bad, lol).

Could you offer any suggestions? I’d really appreciate it.

Tumor removal

I an sorry for the formatting, I am on mobile. Also, English is not my first language so excuse me if there’s any mistake.
I guess I’m just looking for some reassurance.
My 8 and 1/2 years old baby boy underwent surgery two days ago to remove a tumor around his lower back area. The vet told us it’ll take around 1 month to get the biopsy results back but assured us they removed every root they could see attached to the tumor. Did any of your dogos go through this? What are the chances it’s actually malignant? I know it’s impossible to know before the results are back, but I just want to know if it’s common for dogo argentino to have benign tumors. I am terrified of losing him, he is my baby and looking at him being sick is destroying me.
