Paid for the premium service. On the day of, nobody contacted me about arrival or problems. I get home after work and nobody has been there. There is no available phone number, so via chat bot they tell me that their cleaner "smelled a strong odor" and left. Could have been from the open living room window, I can't smell it and they just left without reaching out or even leaving a damned sticky note. Don't do it. They're not on Google reviews, for obvious reasons, they're just out here taking money and leaving exhausted caregivers in the lurch. I never indulge in services like this and I feel so stupid for crying about it but I'm so tired.

If there are 18 giant signs in the store announcing that everything in the store is x% off, that means everything. Everything includes the thing in your hand, the thing on that shelf, and all the things in that bin. We're not trying to trick you. There is not a separate definition for "everything" in retail. Figure it out.
