Potential Divine Epiphany bug
I got this divine on my Yuki recently and noticed something. It doesn't proc. Anywhere. At first I thought it was just bugged in Tower with the All Weakness effect but I just tried it against an order enemy and there was no -2 fort. So I want to know if anyone else has gotten this epiphany and if it functions normally on single target attacks
