I played this game probably 8 years ago. It was a Chinese or Japanese styled game kinda like battle cats, instead of cats it was Chinese/Japanese styled fantasy characters and the maps too. One thing I remember was that every time you started a battle there would be a gong sound and a large chinese symbol white and black that looked like cilogrophy that covered the middle of my ipad and then the battle would start.
