Can I ask a theoretical question?
Theoretically let’s say I have a SS80
And for unfortunate circumstances I have to more to a less free state. Is it possible to get a serial on said ss80, so if I were to move, I could legally file DoJ papers to bring said ss80 into the state and register to me
