Lisbon airport border control update

As non-EU residents it took us about an hour to clear border patrol this morning around 11. The electronic EES kiosks are a mess, but they were directing people to try them anyway before proceeding to the old-fashioned border guard booths. Not as bad as the 3.5 hours we've seen reported some places, but also definitely not a show of European bureaucratic competence. The poor staffers were getting grumped at by everyone, so be kind to them if you go through-- they're not the problem and aren't the ones making the rules.
