Gluten free labelling.
Good morning/afternoon to the people viewing this post. I wanted to ask how does japan label their food as gluten free? Is there a link?
For reference i am food science student studying on food importing and exporting and i am struggling to find a clear regulation or guideline that permits the use of the term "gluten free" on the packaging. If you know anything about it please let me know :D
