Can anyone help me identify this tea, and how to get some??

Hello - I wonder if any locals or experts in the thread can help me find out about a certain type of "Hutgaesu" tea.

The waitress who served us in an izakaya/yakitori place that we went to in Seoul a couple of years ago described it as "Korean wooden tea".

Two years later and we are still reminiscing about how amazing this tea was.

The restaurant we ate at was called Izakaya Namu Jonggak. It's at 16 Jong-ro 10-gil, Jongno District, Seoul.

I don't speak Korean (I'm in Australia) and language was a bit of a barrier at the time, but I'm hoping to source some for my daughter. It was one of many highlights that made our trip to Seoul unforgettable!

Renault Scenic E-Tech Shadow Grey - how to protect the matte paint?

Looking seriously at the Renault Scenic E-Tech, which looks like a great EV.

However I am wondering how other owners of matte cars protect their cars & what would be the best way to go with the Scenic's Matte Shadow Grey? Never had a matte car before and have had some bad experiences in the past with clear coat deteriorating if car is left out under a tree or whatever.

Hutt Street needs a banh mi shop

Am I the only regular visitor to Hutt Street frustrated by the absence of a banh mi shop??

There are some amazing dessert options along the street, but some good cheap savoury eats are needed too!

Yet another patisserie/dessert place has opened up on Hutt Street today, and I hope they do well, but those are occasional, treat foods. What would absolutely go off is a banh mi shop - healthier food that you could eat just about every day.

Examples nearby would be Tay Do in Flinders St, JV Garden in KW Street, VDR in Norwood, there are many others, but all too far to walk in a lunch break.

Anyone want to join me in a campaign to persuade someone to open one up?
