I know there’s one currently listed on eBay, but i think over 170€ for a bag with stains, broken handles and a broken zipper is way too overpriced 😅

Hello everyone!
First of all, I want to emphasize that I don't find my face shape ugly or terrible. Nevertheless, I'm aiming for a doll-like, feminine V-shaped face. I've been considering surgery for several years (I thought of getting surgery in Korea, but I don’t have the courage to get surgery in another country which is so far away from my home). I've even created a simulation of the result I'd like. I went to an oral and maxillofacial surgeon who would insert a chin implant to achieve this more pointed chin shape. He wouldn't cut or shave down the jawbone, or only very minimally, because he said that many patients later regret this and it's irreversible. I considered a T-shaped chin osteotomy, but the surgeon said that my chin isn't very large and therefore there would be very little to remove. Consequently, there would probably be little to no difference after the operation.
So, I'd like to ask for your advice on what you would recommend to achieve a V-shaped face, similar to my simulation. In the first picture, you can see my natural face shape (without filters or image editing, just makeup and circle lenses), and in the second picture, my desired result. I'm cis-female, 26 years old and German (Caucasian). I had Invisalign treatment five years ago, which is now complete. I also get masseter Botox every three months because I subconsciously clench my teeth in my sleep, which often caused severe migraines. I'm also very slim (1.68m, 45kg) and don't think I have much facial fat. And please don't be surprised that my eyes look different; I wear a prosthetic eye on my left side because I lost that eye to cancer as a toddler.
