1st Sourdough bread

Hey everyone!

Just an update for yall. I posted here yesterday about my started (https://www.reddit.com/r/Sourdough/s/rlwvXkIt9Z)

I baked today my first ever loaf cause ive got some of you saying that my starter is ready. So here she is!

I did 4 sets of strech and folds every 30 mins, bulk fermented finished in 6 hours at 26c. Then inside the freezer for 1h30mins then baked it at 250c 25 mins lid on and 220 mins with the lid off.

Please let me know if she looks okay or not. I feel like its a bit on the flat side and did not rise too much plus my lame is shallow. Should’ve sliced it a bit deeper.

Ingredients:

350g water

100g starter

500g all purpose flour

11g salt

1 Month old sourdough starter

Hey eveybody!

I have this 1 month old starter. I feed it every 24 hours with 1:2.75:4. 20g starter, 60g patent flour, 20g whole wheat and 50g water. This is as per chatgpt. Yes, i asked chat to give me ratios.

I live in the UAE and its summer time and my home ac is turned on to atleast 20c and my kitchen around 23c so i leave my starter inside the oven (not turned on) for the warmth.

Now, im getting frustrated because its been a month and its not ready to make a bread

What can i do?

Do you have any recommendations for nail salons or nail technicians who does good, i mean reaaally gooood overlays/BIABS (builder gel) and gel polish? And if you’ve done with them, how long did it last with yours?
