what are your go to “sandbags”? during heavy rains, water is breaching under entry door at commercial building at a rapid pace.
These are maintenance closets, pretty tough to reach areas. Putty is just falling out of holes larger than 1 in diam. What’s the proper technique for bigger gaps? Stuff with Rockwool then caulk over? Apparently fire spray foam is not acceptable. Thanks for the ideas. Fire pillows seem really overkill?
new to apt maintenance. inspected apartment for new move in. noticed small burn mark as described. gcfi works fine. outlet tests positive for power. its possible this discolored outlet has been here for 10+ years and multiple residents with no issues
does this need replaced?

Hi. Addictive keys studio grand, studio grand preset with compressor and distortion turned off.
Ive recorded a solo piano album with this VsT (will use diff one next time but no turning back now)
played as single notes, keys between c6 and c7 sound pretty good. Played in context of a song, those same notes are occasionally distorting.
I have had two mixing engineers look at this. They hear it, too. Can’t make it stop
ive Tried eq, reversing L/R on mics, soloing mics, checking my audio chain for clipping ( there’s none). I’ve even tried exporting the offensive notes solo and mixing them in as a wav to give the AK sound engine a break.
Velicities are about 55-60. I’ve tried using diff velocity samples.
Im guessing this problem is pretty specific to AK? If you’ve dealt with this, do you have a fix?
