Can I still pick up shifts more than 19 when I start? I’m Permanent Flex and it’s my first time being flex so I understand everything yet. I wanna go up to 60 hours plssss 🥺

So guys I need help with something my social office they don’t want me working past 20 hours and I’ll be working permanent 19 hours which is fine… but the 3 days training day is 22 hours from my calculations is that fine or?
