Here’s the after picture they sent me and the picture at checkout. They’re pretty much the same picture. Claimed it was new damage even though it’s marked on the checkout inspection form. Has anyone else dealt with this? Any advice? They’re asking me to fill out insurance information even after I sent pics and video.
