Thinking about going inpatient again
I am in a bad space. I wake up depressed. Things that are supposed to be basic living skills are hard to do. I called 988 and told the woman that I didn't want to be here. I don't understand because I just had my meds upped. Maybe it takes a bit for the increase to work? Either way, I feel horrible. I'm currently at my parents' house and I am scared to go back to my place. I just need help.
