We moved the other day and I get this on my monitor. Troubleshooting led to the GPU having issues. Is this salvageable?

I would not know where to begin if I were to fix this.

I tested different cables and different monitors. It was only when trying with an old GPU that I did not see the issue.
I am also only able to get 1 screen to work at a time out of 2 and I see the same issue on both monitors.

Edit: just tried pressing the GPU upwards and then turning on my computer and it looked fine. When I let go the artifacts (as chat calls it) reverts.
