Hi! I’ve just recently started HAI, and I’ve been onboarded onto a project, and I wanted to ask about incentives.

So far, after 10 hours of work, I’ve received ~2x the base payment due to incentives. Is this common? Do most projects usually have so many incentives? Just tryna to get a general idea. Thank you!
